2024 Peter P. Lamy Memorial Lecture: Creating Healthcare that is Age-Friendly: A Collaborative Opportunity for the Entire Team
The 2024 Peter P. Lamy Memorial Lecture will be a LIVELY discussion featuring Drs. Terry Fulmer and Nicole Brandt. Dr. Terry Fulmer is truly a local and international legend. She is the president of The John A. Hartford Foundation in New York City, a foundation dedicated to improving the care of older adults. Established in 1929, the Foundation has a current endowment of more than half a billion dollars. She serves as the chief strategist for the Foundation and her vision for better care of older adults is catalyzing the Age-Friendly Health Systems social movement. Dr. Nicole Brandt, executive director of the Peter Lamy Center on Drug Therapy and Aging will host the discussion. The Peter P. Lamy Memorial Lecture honors Dr. Lamy, a pioneer in geriatric pharmacotherapy who dedicated his life to improving drug therapy for older adults.

Senior Care Pharmacists who provide expert advice on the use of medications to individuals and older adults and are committed to providing person-centered care, considering the complex interrelationships between disease states, nutrition, medications, and other variables.

CPE & BCGP Credit: You must complete the post-test and evaluation by the expiration date to receive credit. You have three attempts to achieve a 75% or higher on the post-test. ASCP reports CPE attainment to ACPE and NABP via the CPE Monitor system. The course should be posted within 24-48 hours of evaluation completion. The participant is responsible for providing their correct date of birth (MMDD format) and NABP e-Profile ID on their member or guest profile on the ASCP Website.
