TERMS & TARGET AUDIENCE
These educational activities are designed for pharmacists who are interested in preparing to take the Board-Certified Geriatric Pharmacist examination and for recertification (BCGP) credits. Participants must review and complete this activity CE package in its entirety to receive full credit. Per ACPE, this activity must be completed by expiration date. No exceptions or extensions permitted.
NOTE
Pharmacists, please save and or download handouts/slides before CE package expiration date. Per BPS, you may only apply BCGP recertification credit to 2 bootcamps within your 7-year recertification cycle and they must be separated by at least 1 year.
HOW TO CLAIM CREDITS
1: Click on “view details” for important CE information.
2: To complete course, find the respective sessions listed below.
- For each activity, select “launch”. Click through the menu items in sequence to move through the course process to claim credit. You must complete the home study activity in its entirety, by completing the post-test with a passing score of 75% or higher and access the course evaluation for each activity for full credit.
- Courses must be completed by May 8, 2024, at 11:59pm ET. No exceptions or extensions permitted.
3: Once you have completed the course evaluation, please confirm proper submission by checking your CPE Monitor/and or BPS portal (BCGP pharmacists) within 24-48 hours of course completion.

CPE & BCGP CREDITS: You have three attempts to achieve a 75% or higher on the 8-question post-test. ASCP reports CPE attainment to ACPE and NABP via the CPE Monitor system. The course should be posted within 24-48 hours of evaluation completion. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct date of birth (MMDD format) and NABP e-Profile ID on their member or guest profile on the ASCP Website PRIOR to course completion.
To ensure successful transfer of BCGP credit, your ASCP profile must be updated with your correct BCGP CREDENTIAL -and- BPS-IND numbers PRIOR to course completion. **Note, any changes made to your BCGP credential information in your ASCP profile after course completion must be manually uploaded. Please send your transcript to education@ascp.com along with your completed transcript *highlighting the missing course(s).
FLORIDA CONSULTANT PHARMACISTS
This home study package is approved for 21 FL consultant recertification hours. You must complete the entire package (take all post-tests with a passing grade and complete all evaluations) to receive consultant recertification hours. No partial credits will be granted. CE Broker Tracking #20-942023.
ASCP submits CE hours (approved courses only) to CE Broker. Please complete the CE Broker Credit Reporting Request Form after completion. Uploads are made to CE Broker during business hours on Tuesdays and Fridays at 4:00 PM, ET.
