Target Audience:
Pharmacists with practices and businesses caring for older adults in hospice, assisted living, skilled nursing facilities and home care venues of long-term care will benefit from this presentation. Understanding various clinical quality barriers and how to overcome them is complex given thee diverse population, resource limitations and multiple payer scenarios in LTC.

How to Earn Credit:
Post-Test: You will have unlimited attempts to achieve a 70% or higher on the post-test assessment.
CPE Credit: You must complete the post-test and evaluation within 365 days post purchase or by its expiration date May 4, 2023 at 11:59pm ET, whichever occurs first to receive credit. ASCP reports CPE attainment to ACPE and NABP via the CPE Monitor system. The course should be posted within 24-48 hours of evaluation completion. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct date of birth (MMDD format) and NABP e-Profile ID on their member or guest profile on the ASCP Website.
