**Florida Consultant Pharmacists
This Boot Camp has been approved by the Florida Board of Pharmacy for consultant pharmacist recertification hours. To earn consultant pharmacist recertification hours, you must complete the package in its entirety, take all post-tests with a minimum of 70% score, complete all evaluations and notify ASCP within 30 days of completion for a manual upload to CE Broker. Credit cannot be granted for partial completion. CE Broker Tracking #20-764948.

Target Audience:These educational activities are designed for pharmacists who are interested in preparing to take the Board-Certified Geriatric Pharmacist examination, or getting recertification credits.
Learning Objectives
- Evaluate clinical trial and practice guideline information to senior care.
- Define therapeutic goals incorporating principles specific to the senior patient.
- Interpret clinical findings and incorporate functional status into therapeutic decision-making.
- Determine therapeutic options and prevent potential medication-related problems in the senior patient.
- Apply recommendations and goals to create safe and effective patient-specific plans.
- Communicate medication information to older patients, their caregivers, and the interprofessional team.

Continuing Education:
The American Society of Consultant Pharmacists (ASCP) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of continuing pharmacy education.
Credits: 20 BCGP/CPE total credit hours
Expiration: The evaluation and post-test must be completed by May 15, 2021 at 11:59 pm ET.
How to Earn Credit:
Post-Test: You will have unlimited attempted to receive a 70% or higher on the post-test assessment.
CPE Credit: You must complete the post-test and evaluation by May 15, 2021 at 11:59pm E.T. to receive credit. ASCP reports CPE attainment to ACPE and NABP via the CPE Monitor system. The course should be posted within 24-48 hours of evaluation completion. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct date of birth (MMDD format) and NABP e-Profile ID on their member or guest profile on the ASCP Website prior to course completion for automatic upload to CPE monitor.
