The Medicare mandated Patient Driven Payment Model (PDPM) goes into effect October 1, 2019 for skilled nursing facilities and pharmacists are in a prime position to work with facilities and medical staff. The operational changes provide a new approaches between clinical characteristics and payment opportunities. Join us as we kick off a webinar series discussing the foundational details, the non-therapy ancillary opportunities for pharmacists and explore case examples.

How to Earn Credit:
Post-Test: You will have unlimited attempts to achieve a 70% or higher on the post-test assessment.
CPE Credit: You must complete the post-test and evaluation by August 25, 2019 to receive credit. ASCP reports CPE attainment to ACPE and NABP via the CPE Monitor system. The course should be posted within 24-48 hours of evaluation completion. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct date of birth (MMDD format) and NABP e-Profile ID on their member or guest profile on the ASCP Website.
