Target Audience:
This webinar is aimed at pharmacists who are looking to learn more about digital health tools currently on the market and what it means for healthcare. Attendees will learn about current literature and clinical evidence for use of digital tools for geriatric patients to utilize in their care, such as disease management and medication adherence. Lastly, this knowledge will be used for future learning as further technology progression occurs.

How to Earn Credit:
BCGP Credit: Per the Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS), all pharmacists seeking BCGP Recertification have ONE attempt to achieve a 70% or higher on the 10-question post-test.

CPE Credit: You must complete the post-test and evaluation by June 1, 2020 at 11:59 pm ET to receive credit. ASCP reports CPE attainment to ACPE and NABP via the CPE Monitor system. The course should be posted within 24-48 hours of evaluation completion. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct date of birth (MMDD format) and NABP e-Profile ID on their member or guest profile on the ASCP Website.
