Learning Objectives:
At the conclusion of this knowledge-based, participants should be able to:
- List facts, reasoning, and holdings of both federal and state court legal cases over the last year that are relevant to senior care pharmacy and practice states.
- Describe the three most important cases for the senior care pharmacists' practice, or pharmacy practice in general.
- Explain recent holdings and describe how rulings may affect pharmacists' behavior while working in pharmacy practice.
- Describe how these cases may alter or elevate the future of pharmacy practice, particularly in the senior care settings, such as long-term care facilities, skilled nursing facilities, medical homes, and other settings where seniors receive care.

How to Earn Credit:
Post-Test: You will have unlimited attempts to achieve a 70% or higher
on the post-test assessment.
CPE Credit: Please note: you must complete the post-test and evaluation within 365 days post purchase to receive credit. This process is new starting 2019. ASCP reports CPE attainment to ACPE and NABP via the CPE Monitor system. The course should be posted within 24-48 hours of evaluation completion.
